Scott Iveson is the active director of Iveson & Associates. With over 25 years experience as a registered valuer he has knowledge and expertise in nearly all property classes and value ranges and has undertaken valuations for most purposes.
Scott’s areas of specialisation are Resumption Compensation (Including Hardship and Early Acquisitions) and Litigation Work, with experience in providing Expert Witness reports in the Land Court, Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and Federal Court and extensive experience in Mediation processes for Resumption Compensation and Unimproved Land Valuation matters.
